Ambigram - Its a graphical representation of a word that has symmetry. Also known as inversion, the figure spells out the word in the represented form and in another direction (read upside down). Illuminati is one of them ; one of the best illustrated and pretty infamous.

They are one of the many secret societies in the world and the literal translation in Latin means "the enlightened ones". A good illustration is presented by Dan Brown in "Angels and Demons"...

Fire , Air , Earth and Water , the four important elements which make up the earth are perfect Ambigrams ...

And so is "Angels and Diamonds" ?
