I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them fall away and I've done the math enuf to know the danger's of a second guessing.

Sandwich War - Subway or Quiznos

Although both have their Pros and Cons, here's a comparison that I thought was worthwhile ;-)

Distance from home
Subway - 2.1 miles
Quiznos - 0.5 miles

Slogan
Subway - "Eat Fresh"
Quiznos - "Eat Up"

Restaurants
Subway - 26155
Quiznos - 4000

Toasted Subs
Subway - Idea grabbed largly due to Quiznos' success
Quiznos - Great Success and later copied by Subway

Founded
Subway - Bridgeport,CT (1965)
Quiznos - Denver, CO (1981)

Offer Starbucks Mocha
Subway - Noooooo
Quiznos - Yes

So which one do you think is better. In terms of the bread the offer, stuffing inside, dressings, service, quality ??

Is it Eat Fresh/Eat Healthy for you or is it "Mm mm mm mm mm ... toasty"

@ Amrita- Subway is kewl. But could be 'cause you havent tried Quiznos much. Its different and definitely at par with 'Eat Fresh' if not better :)

Subway: No!
Quiznos: already says No!

Support local businesses, avoid chains! I actually love the sandwiches at some of the family owned joints- I am sure you have too.

@ Radioacive Ray - Don't go to a Sub hutment that often. But find that Quiz. are better than Subways.

There are numerous local hangouts out here and they are way better than these chains.
